The ideal candidate has experience delivering therapeutic programs for seniors in clinical settings and is proficient in English. Certification in Therapeutic Recreation is preferred, and the position offers growth

Qualifications

• Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Director is preferred.
• Experience running and implementing therapeutic programs, activities and events for seniors or physically/mentally challenged adults.
• Ability to work with all disciplines in a challenging multi-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in English: speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Run and implement therapeutic social and cognitive entertainment, activities, trips and events for residents.
• Complete and follow activity calendars with a variety of scheduled activities.
• Participate, organize, and implement daily social and therapeutic activities and events.
