Intent Clinical is seeking a Part-time/PRN Therapeutic Recovery Coach in Minneapolis, MN to support clients with comprehensive recovery planning, biopsychosocial assessments, and coordination with treatment teams. The role emphasizes independent work with supervision as needed and a strong focus on client well-being and confidentiality.
The position involves mobile, community-based duties, crisis management, and collaboration with families.

Status: Part-Time, PRN (per circumstance and as needed)
Final rate of pay may vary from the above based on experience and skill set and will be mutually agreed upon during the interview process.
Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assist in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia, and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.
You are professional, dependable, and able to tailor your therapeutic approach according to each client’s specific needs. You are knowledgeable about clinical mental health diagnosis and have client-facing behavioral health experience. You are dedicated to the client’s well-being, understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, and are adept at managing crises while remaining calm and focused. You are comfortable with a flexible work schedule and being assigned cases on an as‑needed basis. The ideal case management/recovery coach candidate is adept at working independently while also thriving with supervision and guidance.
This position is part‑time and per circumstance only, and hours are not guaranteed per week. Case Managers/Recovery Coaches on our staff list are contacted on an as‑needed basis for cases as they arise.
