Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with youth (coaching, mentoring, childcare, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management.
• Provide one-on-one and small group student support.
• Support implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Supervise students during classes, activities, and community outings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
