Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Holy Family Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Dietetic Support role under the supervision of a dietitian. You will assist in approving therapeutic menu selections and ensure trays are accurate and served at proper temperatures.

This full-time, day-shift position is in the Dietary Department. Applicants should have an AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition (preferred) and at least one year of healthcare experience with modified diets; county-specific Food Handlers

Qualifications

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the dietitian, performs clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy and appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
