Job summary

Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training & Support Specialist in Gardner, MA, joins CSO's Family Support Services to provide community-based direct care to children and families. The role focuses on alleviating youth mental health issues and strengthening family supports within the treatment plan.

Therapeutic Mentoring includes one-to-one, strength-based support, coaching, and training in daily living and social skills, while TT&S supports clinicians by implementing the treatment plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human services field plus two years of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based direct care services to children and families.
• Support the youth and family in achieving the goals of the treatment plan.
• Engage youth in age-appropriate activities and teach skills for daily living, social and communication needs.
