Role Overview

Requirements & Qualifications

• Work Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• International Students: We welcome applications from international students, provided they are fully aligned with U.S. government work requirements (such as holding a valid EAD, OPT, or CPT authorization).
• Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly recommended.
• Transportation: A reliable vehicle is required for community-based work.
• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older
• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a human services field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with children or adolescents.
