Qualifications

• Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction and English vocabulary.
• In positions at Veteran Services, possess STNA certification and/or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
• For transportation of consumers, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of treatment plans.
• Charting, documentation, records, and reporting.
• Organizing and conducting patient group activities.
• Transport of patients to off-site appointments.
• Participating in appropriate interventions.
