Job summary

Haven Health in Globe, AZ is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with kitchen and dining services, including stocking items, food preparation, and serving therapeutic meals. Position supports portion control and reporting resident consumption while maintaining sanitation and safety in kitchen, dining, and utility areas.

Under the Dietary Manager, you will help with cleaning, reporting, and basic health screenings as required.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Permit in required counties.
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing.
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.

Responsibilities

• Stocking food items, food prep and storage of unused unpackaged items, preparing, cooking and serving therapeutic meals.
• Assisting in portion control and reporting on resident food and beverage consumption.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, dining and utility areas.
