Lockport Rehab & Health Center is currently seeking a Cook. Hours: 6am-2pm.

Duties include preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods, baking rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies, working on tray line during meal service, and general cleaning. Requirements include at least one year of large-scale cooking experience, ability to manage kitchen in absence of the food service director, and reliable transportation.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of experience in large-scale cooking.
• Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director.
• Reliable Transportation.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of foods.
• Bake a variety of rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies.
• Work on tray line during meal service.
• General cleaning up of kitchen.
• Hand washing and sanitizing of pot and pans.
• Related work as required.
