Job summary

Paradigm Recovery Centers is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within ASAM 2.5 and 2.1 levels of care at our startup-oriented center in Missouri. You will lead structured sessions, maintain boundaries, and document progress in the patient chart.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience in behavioral health group facilitation, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in a related field and Missouri credentials.

• Strong communication and group management skills.

Responsibilities

• Group Facilitation & Clinical Programming: Facilitate scheduled therapeutic and psychoeducational groups; deliver curriculum-based and process groups including relapse prevention, coping skills, psychoeducation, and life skills; manage group dynamics and maintain therapeutic boundaries; foster a safe, respectful, and recovery-oriented environment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Complete timely and accurate group notes in the electronic health record; document participation, progress, and clinical observations; adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional standards.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with clinical, medical, and administrative staff; participate in team meetings and supervision; communicate safety or clinical concerns promptly.
• Program Development (Startup Environment): Assist with group curriculum development; support program growth and operational refinement; maintain flexibility and teamwork in a startup setting.
