Job summary

Pennyrile Allied Community Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated kitchen aide to serve meals, assist with tray lines, and perform dishwashing and cleaning duties in Cadiz, Kentucky.

You will help prepare items per recipes and therapeutic diets, and ensure leftovers are labeled and stored properly. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, and must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and maintain dishwashing/cleaning tasks.
• Set up and assist with tray line preparation.
• Assist in meal and dessert preparation.
• Prepare food items following recipes and therapeutic diets.
• Ensure daily food production meets residents' dietary needs.
• Store and label leftovers.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans.
• Clean and sanitize food carts and kitchen areas.
• Return trays and dining items to storage.
• Set dining room tables.
