Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a forensic, behavioral, correctional, or penal institution with responsibility for the security, custody, clinical care or rehabilitation of offenders.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Corrections Guard-Therapeutic staff during probation and train CGTs.
• Respond to duties during escapes or unusual occurrences on a 24-hour callback.
• Provide performance planning and evaluation of probationary/permanent employees according to service rules and regulations.
• Participate in educational trainings that are mandatory for accreditation and licensure of the facility.
