Psycho Social Therapies is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist to support older adults in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Ohio. You will work with a licensed clinician to implement behavioral health care, focusing on emotional stability and quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and maintaining compliant documentation while coordinating with teams and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or human services experience OR a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within an assigned service area.

We are seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a Therapist or Psychiatric Practitioner to help residents navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment to long-term care, and other behavioral health concerns. Most services are provided within a designated facility, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients and become an important part of their support system.

As a TBS Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve greater emotional stability, independence, and quality of life.
