Job summary
ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services under licensed supervision. This full-time role includes developing individualized care plans, coordinating services, and conducting crisis prevention to support clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Travel within the assigned service area is required. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is essential, with strong communication and crisis-intervention skills valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (or HS diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience).
- Experience with mental or behavioral health conditions is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
Responsibilities
- Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients under licensed clinician guidance.
- Develop service plans for individualized supports and care coordination.
- Offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
- Deliver services to individual clients or groups.
- Build positive relationships with outside contacts.
