Job summary

One Physics LLC seeks a Theranostics Clinical Program Manager with a nuclear medicine or health physics background to guide the launch of radiopharmaceutical programs and support theranostics readiness.

This hybrid role combines product development, client education, radiation safety consulting, and market leadership with remote work and up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates have CNMT/ARRT-N or Health Physicist credentials and experience in clinical settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Health Physics, Radiologic Sciences, or related field.
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT/ARRT-N) or Health Physicist.
Experience supporting healthcare clients launching radiopharmaceutical/theranostics programs.
Knowledge of radiation safety testing for SPECT and other nuclear medicine imaging modalities.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Strong presentation, writing, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Service & Product Development: refine and scale Radiation Safety Theranostics offerings, translate regulatory requirements into services, contribute to marketing content and training materials.
Client Education & Theranostics Readiness: educate stakeholders on requirements for launching or scaling theranostics, conduct readiness assessments and testing, guide practical steps for program launches.
Marketing, Business Development & Thought Leadership: support marketing initiatives, create thought leadership content, build industry relationships, assist with proposals and collateral.
Gather and relay client and market feedback to inform service roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
