Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Theranostic Charge Lead (RT(T) or R.T.(N)/CNMT) for a new Theranostics Program in the Radiation Oncology Theranostics Department at Barnes-Jewish Hospital's CAM. This full-time day shift role emphasizes Theranostic operations and staff leadership, requiring Theranostic experience in radiology or nuclear medicine.

The position offers growth opportunities within a pioneering Theranostic program and supports delivery of innovative radiopharmaceutical therapies.

Qualifications

• CNMT / R.T.(N) certification required for Nuclear Medicine Technologist track.
• ARRT RT(T) certification for Radiation Therapist track.
• 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine or radiation therapy with Theranostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day Theranostic therapy workflow.
• Ensure radiation safety compliance and program readiness.
• Provide staff support and act as the go-to operational lead.
• Support timely delivery of radiopharmaceutical therapies.
• Serve as the clinical resource and mentor for Theranostic treatment and program growth.
