Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Theranostic Charge Lead for the new Theranostics Program in the Radiation Oncology Theranostics Department at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. This full-time role focuses on Theranostic therapies, stepping away from imaging, and requires expertise in Theranostic procedures with strong leadership capabilities.

The position supports daily Theranostic workflow, safety compliance, and program growth, working with Radiation Therapists and Nuclear Medicine Technologists.

Qualifications

• CNMT*/R.T.(N) certification
• 2+ years experience in related role
• Radiation therapy/theranostic training preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Theranostic therapy workflow
• Ensure radiation safety compliance and program readiness
• Provide staff support and act as operational lead
• Support timely delivery of radiopharmaceutical therapies
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor technologists
