UF Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Respiratory Therapist II to administer respiratory care and lead therapy sessions as assigned. The role includes NICU patient care involving ventilator and oxygen assessment, under general supervision in line with policies and procedures.
Requirements include AMA-approved RT education, Florida RT licensure, and current BLS. Experience in critical care is preferred, with 3+ years in a major health care facility ideal.
Under general supervision, administers respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities. The Respiratory Therapist II acts as lead therapist when assigned and performs all other duties as requested by management in accordance with established Policies and Procedures within the job specification.

Required Education:Completion of an AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
Preferred Education:Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
