Required expertise and qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or related field (including current students).
• Research Experience: Prefer candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors.

Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Payment details

Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location, expertise, skills assessment, and project needs. Higher rates may be available for PhDs or higher expertise levels. Some projects may include incentive payments. Rates may differ during onboarding or overtime phases.
