Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager and Senior Architect to lead and manage complex themed entertainment, hospitality, and destination projects from planning through construction. The role blends big-picture client leadership with design delivery and BIM coordination.

You will mentor teams, ensure schedule and budget adherence, coordinate multidisciplinary professionals, and support client relationships across domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead themed entertainment, attractions, hospitality, destination development projects through planning, design, documentation, and construction.
• Strong understanding of project management principles including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, contract administration, resource planning, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while balancing design quality, technical requirements, client expectations, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead themed entertainment, hospitality, resort, attraction, cultural, and destination development projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and guide project decisions.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, staffing plans, budgets, and financial performance.
