Job summary

Six Flags New England is seeking energetic tram operators to safely transport guests around the park and deliver excellent guest service. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with a culture built on safety, service, and fun for all ages.

Responsibilities include operating trams, monitoring traffic, reporting issues, answering guest questions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Valid license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to sit for up to 6 hours a day.
• Commitment to safety.
• Friendly outgoing personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including walking long distances, standing for long periods, and lifting.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English fluently.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Operating trams and trolleys in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitoring and redirecting bus and tram operations as required.
• Reporting maintenance and safety issues to Supervisor.
• Answering guests' questions and concerns.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment behind the scenes and in guest view.
• Announcing safety rules and spiels over a microphone.
• Enforcing Six Flags New England policies.
• Assisting in other areas of the park as needed.
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
