Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in law enforcement or security, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during high-pressure periods.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred and relevant security certifications.
• Experience in corporate security with strong written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of security technology and alarm monitoring systems.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays on business need.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct crime prevention operations across USH and CityWalk.
• Analyze security incidents, prepare reports, and advise on deployment tactics.
• Coordinate with contract security and ensure policy compliance.
• Liaise with law enforcement and NBCU departments for investigations.
• Conduct security requests analysis and assist with risk mitigation.
• Audit security operations to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain composure handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Prepare operational reports to aid deployment planning.
