Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Security Operations Leader to safeguard CityWalk and Universal Studios Hollywood. You will plan, organize and direct crime prevention operations across our flagship theme park destination.

The role requires 10+ years in law enforcement or security, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. On-site work and collaboration with local law enforcement are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in law enforcement or related security field.

• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays dictated by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct crime prevention operations across Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk.
• Analyze security incidents and prepare reports for management; recommend deployment strategies.
• Coordinate with contract security and liaise with law enforcement agencies (e.g., LA County Sheriff's Dept).
• Ensure security deployments meet policy and procedures and conduct period audits.
