Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for Customer Service Representatives at theme park gate screening and guest entry in Frisco, TX. You will work outdoors at park entrance gates, conduct guest screening with handheld wands and X-ray equipment, and assist with bag checks while maintaining a friendly, safety-focused presence.

Paid training provided and uniforms supplied. Starting pay is $18.00/hr with part-time and full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue and verify wristbands/badges.
• Screen guests during entry via bag search, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at checks points.
• Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies/regulations of venues and events.
• Provide a positive experience for guests at facility entrances, concourses or other locations.
