Job summary
The Walt Disney Company is offering a Spring 2027 internship for a Theme Lighting Design Intern with Walt Disney Imagineering. The role supports design development, documentation, and procurement for theme lighting across Disney parks and experiences.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Theatrical Design or related field.
- Enrolled as a Junior or higher and eligible for Disney internship program.
Responsibilities
- Support Theme Lighting design projects with design development and technical documentation.
- Prepare fixture selection information and documentation for Theme Lighting.
- Provide design documentation through illustrations, photos, scaled images and research.
- Plot elevations and read planning drawings—reflected ceilings, elevations, area development plans.
- Assist with scope tracking and cost estimating.
- Support production team with fixture procurement and shipping coordination.
