Under supervision you will assist with lighting designs, field implementation, and troubleshooting in construction environments while supporting Lighting Designers, with hands-on use of AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office.

The approximate date of this internship is January to June 2027 and will be located in Anaheim, CA OR Orlando, FL.
We are looking for a Show Lighting Design intern who has a true passion for lighting. As an intern on the team, you will work with the team that researches, designs, develops, installs, tests and adjusts, and/or documents new projects. These projects apply architectural and theatrical lighting techniques supporting the creative vision for attractions, restaurants, merchandise areas and/or area development in our WDW Orlando based theme park and resort areas! Other tasks may include inventory control for equipment and supplies. Specific responsibilities and shifts may vary day to day based on each project’s needs and availability of the workplace.
Currently enrolled as a Junior or higher attending an accredited college/university earning a degree majoring in a Theatrical or Architectural Lighting program, or related field.
The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA OR Orlando, FL is $26.50 per hour for undergraduate students and $27.50 per hour for graduate level students.
