Regal Cinemas is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead theatre operations and create exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive performance, develop the team, and ensure safety and compliance across all shifts.

You’ll oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management under GM oversight while maintaining high guest satisfaction and smooth financial operations. A strong focus on communication and teamwork is essential.

Formación

• 3+ months of supervisory experience
• 6 months theatre experience with completion of training
• Alcohol service knowledge if applicable
• Must complete Regal training and certification programs

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily theatre operations and ensure strong staff performance
• Perform all staff positions as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and alcohol service where applicable
• Train, coach, and supervise team members with GM oversight
• Maintain guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support
• Manage theatre operations and facilities including projection and AV systems
• Market and promote feature film engagements; schedule show times and disseminate to channels
