Job summary

B&B Theatres Sapulpa is seeking an energetic frontliner to join our Sapulpa Cinema 8 team. You will interact with guests behind concessions and at the box office, ensuring every visit is magical, fun, and memorable.

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests.
• Manage ticket sales and voucher redemptions at the registers.
• Sell concession items and know theatre prices.
• Maintain clean theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning and guiding guests.
• Support opening and closing procedures and restocking cash or supplies.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service and safe operations.
