Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager in Woodlawn, MD. You will own the theatres spaces, lead a maintenance team, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will manage safety programs, schedule inspections, coordinate repairs with vendors, and uphold AMC's standards. This role requires at least six months in a supervisory role and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for facility repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to use chemicals and basic tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain life safety systems and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage invoices and work orders.
• Lead and develop theatre maintenance team and schedule routines with management.
