Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Demonstrated administrative and follow up skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize with limited direction.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly facility inspections of interior and exterior areas, noting repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
• Prioritize repairs and maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and in good repair.
• Order and track parts and supplies to ensure timely work.
• Follow up on repairs and maintenance to ensure proper completion and invoicing.
• Lead and coordinate with theatre management and vendors for timely repairs and work orders.
