Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in professional theatre or performing arts.
• At least 2 years in supervisory roles managing teams and schedules.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Costume Projects: translate designer vision into actionable plans with materials, fittings, and documentation.
• Manage Materials & Purchasing: source, purchase, track, and return fabrics and goods with accurate records.
• Lead & Support Teams: guide department staff and participate in performance and development conversations.
• Collaborate Across Production: coordinate with Wardrobe, Hair, Stage Management, Props, Lighting, and Rentals.
• Manage Budgets & Documentation: track expenses and maintain confidentiality and fiscal discipline.
• Support Rehearsals & Operations: attend rehearsals and coordinate transport of materials between sites.
