Job summary

Responsibilities include bar setup and stocking, efficient POS use, cash handling and strict adherence to liquor laws. The role requires night/weekend availability, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a professional approach with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have TIP Certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or event space preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while preparing drinks with speed, accuracy, and craft.
• Assist with bar setup, stocking, and garnishment prep prior to events.
• Efficiently operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain cash control and security.
• Adhere to all local liquor laws while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout the shift; teardown by clearing glassware.
• Adhere to the organization’s values in all interactions with staff, volunteers and the public.
• Fully comply with the organization’s rules and regulations for safe operation of all spaces.
