Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending in a busy venue such as restaurant/theatre/event venue.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability required.
• POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
• Provide excellent service with a welcoming and engaging attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking and sanitizing tools.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
