Job summary

B&B Theatres in Joplin, MO is seeking a part-time server to deliver outstanding guest service within our food and beverage operations. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensure accuracy, process payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, answering questions, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and adhering to alcohol service and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire; 19 if Grand Island location.
• Strong positive attitude and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Completion of online responsible alcohol service training and Food Handler Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately; enter into the POS.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff with clear communication.
• Serve guests promptly and monitor satisfaction; address concerns.
• Process payments accurately and present itemized guest checks.
