Job summary

Strikeandreel in Garland, TX seeks empathetic team members to deliver food and beverages during shows, assist guests and servers, and keep auditoriums clean before and after screenings. You will handle dish setups, restock items, and help with various theater operations while maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include walking/standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid license).
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or similar license per local code.
• Obtain training certification per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests throughout the movie.
• Assist servers with guest needs (silverware, condiments).
• Clear tables during the movie using proper dish removal methods.
• Familiarize oneself with theater row/seat numbers and menu items.
• Answer basic theater/Strike+ Reel related questions for guests.
• Clean and set up auditoriums after each movie.
• Maintain and operate runner station at drink expo line.
• Carry large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing.
• Support other areas of operation (setup, cleanup, prep, equipment).
• Complete housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restrooms).
• Assist with opening/closing theaters per checklist.
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by lead/manager.
• Maintain uniform standards and professional appearance.

Primary Job Duties:

• Accurately deliver food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests efficiently throughout the movie
• Assists servers with guest needs, including silverware and condiments
• Clears tables distraction free throughout the movie using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Familiarize row/seat numbers and food menu for Theater
• Communicate with guests and answer basic theater/STRIKE+REEL related questions
• Clean and set up auditoriums after movie ends
• Prepare and maintain runner station at drink expo line
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support other areas of the operation as necessary, including setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Complete housekeeping duties including sweeping/mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms
• Opening or closing of the theaters per opening/closing checklist
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders

Special Requirements:

• Obtain training certification per company policy
