Job summary

Gallatin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the theater tier of Navigator, guiding the roadmap from discovery through adoption across theater commands. You will collaborate with COCOM/MAJCOM staffs, program offices, engineering, and leadership to ensure outputs improve theater sustainment decisions.

This role requires deep DoD knowledge, strategic product vision, and the ability to translate field needs into actionable software with measurable mission impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with complex enterprise, defense, logistics, data, or AI products.
• Track record shipping major capabilities from discovery through adoption.
• Proficiency using AI in your own work process and shipping products that build AI into the capability.
• Deep understanding of the Department of War: organization, planning, purchasing and fielding software.
• Sharp written communication: briefs, memos, narratives that withstand scrutiny.
• Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and end users, earning trust quickly.
• Bias toward action in an environment with shifting priorities and new context.
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the theater tier roadmap end to end for Navigator, from discovery to release and adoption.
• Run discovery directly with theater logistics planners and program offices; synthesize into product direction.
• Translate user input into decisions, not just feature requests, tied to mission outcomes.
• Own the product lifecycle with engineering and design through sprint planning, demos, and field feedback.
• Ensure shipped features improve the mission and be honest when they don’t.
