Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about showtimes, products, services, and exhibits.
• Engage with visitors to promote interaction with MoHT & RR.
• Operate projection and sound equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Process sales on a POS and maintain presentation quality.
• Conduct laser firearm training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Uphold safety and security protocols and assist during emergencies.
• Monitor entrances to ensure smooth guest flow and safety.
• Work independently and in groups to support operations and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of MoHT and RR spaces.
