Job summary

The General Manager will oversee personnel, facilities, budgeting, vendor relationships, and marketing coordination while ensuring top-tier cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management experience in a related field
• Must be 21 years or older
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of theater operations including personnel, facility, vendor, and financial management
• Communicate with company leadership to coordinate duties
• Oversee theater cleanliness and performance
• Be available outside scheduled hours for urgent communications
• Learn all systems related to theater technology and basic problem‑solving
