As Theater Event Staff Supervisor, you'll coordinate and supervise our Theater Event Staff and event operations.

Additionally, You'll

  1. Create staff schedules.
  2. Hire, supervise, train, and discipline Theater Event staff.
  3. Complete event reconciliation and all event reports.
  4. Verify event floor plan and seating set-up.
  5. Effectively resolve guest service issues.
  6. Work closely and cooperatively with the Box Office staff.
  7. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

  1. Minimum one year of related experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  3. Excellent command of Outlook and Excel.
