Job summary

Paragon Cyber Solutions in Colorado Springs seeks a Theater Engineer to support SEWS global infrastructure and communications architecture for U.S. Combatant Commands and allied partners. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco networks, satellite links, and encryption devices, ensuring reliable missile warning data delivery.

Travel up to 50% and 24/7 on-call support are required. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, Security+ certification, CCNA or

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a US passport.
• Minimum 3+ years with Cisco networking equipment or CCNA.
• Experience with GRE and IPsec tunnels and encryption devices (KG-250, KG-250x, IPS-250x).
• Familiarity with Cisco UCM Express (VoIP) and server/workstation OS basics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and support global sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure.
• Support routers, switches, firewalls, cryptographic devices, and DISA circuits.
• Deploy and maintain satellite communications systems (BGAN, MUOS, VSAT).
• Provide technical support for worldwide sites and partner nations.
• Create network diagrams, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in domestic and international travel for operations.
• Support 24/7 requirements via on-call rotation.
• Perform root-cause analysis for outages and failures.
• Collaborate with GCCS engineers for system integration.
• Provide training to end users and foreign personnel as required.
