Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City is seeking a Senior Specialist, Theater to lead a multi-year K–12 theater program across the network. You will design rigorous instructional materials, ensure curriculum fidelity, and oversee large-scale performing arts events.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Theater, you will coach teachers, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and support hiring while facilitating professional development and weekend events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theater or related performing arts.
• Proven track record as a theater educator.
• Proficiency across acting, dance, music, or technical theater.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and weekend events availability.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine a K-12 theater curriculum aligned with standards.
• Coach teachers and monitor quality.
