The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic math, and familiarity with bar service, while adhering to health and safety standards. This is a part-time on-site position requiring 21+ and TAM/food handler cards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol Beverage Awareness (TAM) card required.
• Food Handler’s Safety Card required.
• Valid Sheriff’s Work Card or ability to obtain one required.
• Minimum 1 year of cocktail server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and process payments.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Maintain positive guest interactions and a clean work area.
• Balance cash banks at opening/closing of shift.
• Restock bar inventory and assist in maintaining bar cleanliness.
