Palladio Luxe Cinema is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience. You will assist with hiring, training, and coaching while ensuring adherence to company policies across Concession, Box Office, Kitchen, and Usher areas.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team development, and problem resolution, with responsibilities including scheduling, cash handling, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a senior staff member, shift lead, or assistant manager preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive outstanding service in a guest-friendly environment.
• Perform and supervise duties across Concession, Box Office, Kitchen, and Usher areas.
• Assist the General Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and training; extend final hiring decisions after consulting the GM.
• Support daily goals, tasks, and assignments at the location.
• Answer guest questions and resolve complaints courteously within policy; escalate as needed.
• Complete daily inventory counts and cash-outs; reconcile receipts at end of shift.
• Uphold company policies and standards in guides and directives.
• Monitor safety and security; report risks and incidents per protocol.
• Assist with staffing, training, and scheduling; disciplinary actions coordinated with GM.
• Maintain documentation for policy compliance and audit readiness.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and policy; obtain required certifications.
• Keep theatre clean and well-maintained; report safety concerns.
• Review Operations Manual and training materials, including anti-harassment training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by GM or leadership.
• Maintain regular attendance as required.
