Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supervising or assistant management roles preferred.
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, and guest services within a theater environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support theater team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching of staff.
• Create and manage team schedules and daily operations.
• Handle cash transactions, deposits, and reconciliations per policy.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage service rules and safe, clean operations.
• Act as manager on duty as needed and escalate issues to General Manager.
