Job summary

Palladio Luxe Cinema in Folsom, CA, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and staff supervision. You will help hire and train team members, ensure excellent guest service, and lead across departments to maintain smooth operations.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service and supervisory experience, with a passion for mentoring and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, some college course work preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 1 year employee supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest services, facility operations, and employee coaching.
• Supervise Concession, Box Office, Kitchen and Usher duties.
• Recruit, train, and assess floor staff performance on a regular basis.
• Support daily goals, tasks and assignments.
• Answer customer questions and resolve complaints.
• Perform daily inventory count and cash handling at end of shift.
• Maintain clean, safe theater environment and monitor for hazards.
• Pour alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
