HARTZ Search invites you to explore an exciting opportunity with our client, OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, a 242-bed, acute care facility in Rockford, IL, for the Vice President, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role. Reporting to the President of the Medical Center. The CMO ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by leading clinical and quality initiatives that support consistent clinical performance and practice standards across the hospital. The CMO facilitates the analysis of quality performance, prioritizes improvement opportunities, and consults on issues involving physicians. The CMO facilitates the analysis of quality performance management and prioritization improvement opportunities, and consults on issues involving physicians. In coordination with Medical Directors, the CMO is accountable to the Human Resources functions, including recruitment, engagement, and performance management of Physicians. The CMO also contributes to overall hospital strategy and service line development to ensure quality management and promote optimum patient experience.
