Job summary

The UPS Store in Daybreak is seeking a part-time associate to greet customers and assist with shipping, printing, notarizing, mailboxing, and other store tasks. You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and learn to upsell products while delivering friendly service.

Starting pay is $12/hr with planned increases after training and notary exam completion, plus options for weekly pay and benefits. Flex shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available.

The UPS Store Associate - Daybreak - Part-time

About the role

• Hourly Pay: $12 to $22/hour
• Pay: Get paid every week!
• 401(k) and 401(k) matching
• Shifts Available:
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Work between 15-25 hours/week
• Job Type: Part-time, In-person
• Starting pay is $12/hr. Associates will receive a $2/hr raise after passing and completing the required, state notary exam, must be over the age of 18 to become a notary. Associates will also receive an additional $1/hr raise after completing training, our company goal for this is 90 days or less. We have two opportunities for associates to earn additional money with
• 1) a monthly bonus plan - once employees are fully trained and become a notary (if possible) you could make up to $16 to $18/hr.
• 2) our yearly raise program - associates receive $.50/hour, on their yearly work anniversary.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist them with their needs, whether it be shipping, printing, shredding, packaging, notarizing, mailboxing, or any other thing they may need. Ability to lift heavy packages, work alone at times, be friendly and kind even in stressful situations, computer knowledge, dependable, punctual, upselling and cross-selling products and services we offer. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, learn quickly.

The pay range for this role is:

12 - 22 USD per hour (Daybreak Store 6875)
