Nestled alongside the San Juan River, the resort offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and is an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional service and therapeutic treatments to our guests. You will deliver a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual needs, enhancing relaxation and well-being.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

1. Provide various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized modalities based on guest preferences and health conditions.
2. Assess guest needs and customize treatments to deliver a superior wellness experience.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and massage equipment.
4. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the session.
5. Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
6. Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance the guest's wellness journey.
7. Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to offer cutting-edge treatments.

Requirements

1. Education/Formal Training:
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. State licensure in massage therapy required.
4. Experience:
5. 2+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa environment.
6. Knowledge/Skills:
7. Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
8. Strong communication and customer service skills.
9. Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
11. Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
