Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, tailored to guest needs.
2. Assess guest needs and customize treatments accordingly.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment.
4. Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and guest comfort during sessions.
5. Collaborate with spa staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
6. Recommend additional spa services and retail products.
7. Stay updated on new massage techniques and wellness trends.

Requirements

Education and Licensure:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure in massage therapy.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa setting.
