Job description

Specialist Trade Promotion

Responsible for all aspects of claim validation. The primary role is to validate claims within established accuracy and quantity parameters by analyzing promotion performance data supplied by retailers and using internal software tools. This role requires effective internal communication (both written and verbal), research skills, analytical thinking, and effective time management.

Administrative Responsibilities (60%)
  • Creation and communication of promotion letters, maintaining invite list
  • Maintaining retailer and UPC database
  • Data entry related to scan-based promotions using proprietary software
  • Research and confidential handling of customer information
  • Performing various other duties as assigned
Technology Skills
  • Proficiency in Gmail/Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Competency with general CPU operations
  • Competency with phone systems

  • Analytical thinking and reasoning: ability to examine data, grasp issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems
